We blend lots of chips and a lot of nuts into our special dough to make big, moist, chewy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies with a delicate, sweet flavor and a great crunch. We ship them the same day we bake them (and we're pretty sure most of them get eaten the same day they arrive).
